In 2015 we shifted to Australia for the children\u2019s education.<\/p><p>I couldn\u2019t get employed because I was too old, so we commenced supporting in our house 24\/7, an 18 year old lad with autism, bipolar, non-verbal and eating disorders, for 3 1\/2 years. When he was taken from us with only 1\/2 hours notice we did some disability support until I was employed as an accountant by a provider.<\/p><p>I left after 7 months with a feeling that many providers, plan managers and support coordinators were not giving the care required by the NDIS to Participants or support staff. They were only in it for themselves.<\/p><p>I set up Your Supported Living Pty Ltd in April 2023 and obtained our full NDIS registration in May
