WHO WE ARE
Your Supported Living (YSL) is a community-driven support provider based in Padbury, Western Australia.
We are based in Padbury and support participants and families across the northern and surrounding suburbs of Perth, including areas from coastal communities through to the wider northern corridor.
YSL was founded by Jeff, who has firsthand experience in the care sector and a deep understanding of where the system often falls short.
After seeing gaps in how support is delivered, Jeff created YSL with a clear purpose — to build a service that feels consistent, human, and genuinely focused on the people it supports.
OUR PURPOSE
Your Supported Living (YSL) was created to be something people can rely on.
Not just a service, but a consistent presence in people’s lives.
We focus on building real connection, trust, and familiarity between participants, families, and support workers.
At the centre of everything we do is simple: people want to be heard, understood, and supported properly.
We take that seriously in every interaction.
WHAT WE DO DAY TO DAY
We provide both support services and support coordination.
Every day is different — because every person we support is different.
Our role is to:
- support participants in everyday life
- assist families navigating the NDIS
- coordinate and connect supports where needed
- ensure communication stays clear and consistent
- be available when people need guidance or help
More than anything, we build relationships.
Support for us is not transactional — it is ongoing, personal, and built on trust.

We believe support should feel:

We are not interested in one-size-fits-all support.
We take the time to understand each person properly so support feels natural, not forced.
We also understand the frustration many families feel navigating the system — especially when communication breaks down or when support does not match expectations.

OUR TEAM
Your Supported Living (YSL) is a small, hands-on organisation led directly by Jeff (Owner) and Daniel (Community Manager).
We work closely with our support workers to ensure every participant receives the right match and the right level of care.
Rather than focusing on hierarchy or corporate structure, we focus on accessibility — you always know who you are dealing with, and support stays personal and direct.
